For refunds & returns of an order , the products should be in the same conditions like you received with the same packaging
Return& Refunds Time are 15 days from invoice date order. We don't accept returns for later date.
Outlet orders is displayed in Returns&Refunds we don't allow Refunds&Refunds.

PEPI GUERA LENCERIA will pick the order in the Address , refunds&returns expenses are 5,95€(only Spain Península) the expenses refunds&returns will be discounted to the customer when we will finish the return .

When we get the order , our quality departamento will check the order and if everything is perfect , we will refund in 15 days unless expenses refunds&returns in the same method of payment was done the order.

¿what can I receive in bad conditions?
PEPI GUERRA LENCERIA only sells products in good conditions , but if you receive a product in bad conditions , contact with our customer service department , in the period of 24 hours from you received the order to pepiguerraelda@yahoo.es
